What students are saying
Derek is the coach for you if you want a transformative experience. Very personable, will spend the time to get to know you first, and then individualize your lesson so that you can't help but level up your game!
Derek’s a great guy. We talked before the lesson so he could understand what I wanted to work on going into it. I’m happy with the relationship! I saw an immediate improvement after just one lesson.
Derek is a great coach. He observes, analyzes and give suggestions to my weaknesses. I’ve already improved in my first lesson!
Derek was very instructive and patient. His tennis technique really supports pickleball and my strokes are now definitely improved.
Professional, great immediate feedback for technical improvement and strategy. Lots of experience teaching tennis and now pickleball.
Derek is an outstanding instructor. He is very patient and friendly. He is also quite skilled and knows how to help improve mechanics and form.
Best instructor to date. He focused on fundamentals first. I wish I had learned all this from the start instead of having to change years later…
