Silicon Valley Health & Wellness offers mobile fitness solutions tailored to individual goals. Their certified trainers provide in-home and online sessions, focusing on areas like weight loss, muscle toning, endurance, and sports-specific training. Serving the South Bay area, including San Jose, Campbell, and Sunnyvale, they bring all necessary equipment to your chosen location—be it your home, yard, garage, workplace, or personal gym.

Pickleball Fitness Program

60-min training sessions for individuals:

  • 5 sessions: $113/session
  • 10 sessions: $105/session

Focus: Strength and Power (Upper Body Focus), Strength and Power (Lower Body Focus), Agility and Speed, Endurance and Cardio

60-min training sessions for groups (cost is shared):

  • 10 sessions:
    • 2 people: $140/session
    • 3 people: $155/session
    • 4 people: $170/session
    • 5+ people: $175/session
